Assembly
Assembly is done as per standard and guidelines for ball bearings.
Operating Temp
SJS Bearings of an outside diameter upto 300mm are generally heat treated to retain dimensional stability upto 120oC . Higher operating temperature require special heat treatment
Lubrication
SJS Bearings are delivered with durable lubrication according to application. Greasing must be carried out during rotation at low speed through greasing nipple at a frequency of every 500 hrs during normal usage. Greasing is required before & after a long idle period.
Delivery
These bearings are supplied duly wrapped in special corrosion preventing and moisture repelling paper along with durable lubrication.

Warranty
SJS Bearings warranties its all products for 12 months (For manufacturing defect) from the date of supply.SJS Bearings select all the elements used in bearings with very specific characteristics. their assembly requires particular caution. any action of dismantling bearings or replacement of any elements is definely inadvisable and cancels the SJS Bearings warranty.
Special Environment
In case when the working environment is particularly aggressive :
